i'm not sure what it will take
for us to find a comfortable place

but what we're doing seems to be a step
in the right direction

it's a big change that requires more change of us
it's time to wake up

but what we say we need to do is a step
in the right direction

a change is what it will take
to maintain some respect and honesty

it's too important to say i know, i know
it's time for a change

i'm not sure what it will take
to gain a moment of sanity

i can't just keep being sorry for this

our road is paved with reocurrences of this
